The grille architecture was engineered around injection moulding best practices, including manufacturable geometry, consistent wall sections, tooling-friendly draft considerations, and production-oriented detailing.
Vehicle Integration Ready
Designed to integrate cleanly with the front bumper, headlamps, emblem housing, and mounting structure while maintaining dimensional accuracy, structural rigidity, and straightforward assembly.
Production-Oriented Development

The engineering behind it.

The objective of this project was to create a premium front grille for a modern sedan that combines sophisticated styling with practical manufacturing requirements. The design emphasizes elegant proportions, clean Class-A surfacing, and distinctive chrome detailing to establish a refined visual identity.

Throughout development, the component was engineered with production feasibility in mind, ensuring compatibility with injection moulding processes, structural mounting requirements, and seamless integration into the complete front fascia. The result is a production-oriented sedan grille concept that balances aesthetics, engineering, and manufacturability.
