Precision Surface Engineering
Class-A exterior surfaces, chrome frame transitions, mesh consistency, and edge radii were carefully engineered to achieve premium visual quality after moulding and finishing.
Production-Ready Engineering
The grille architecture was digitally validated throughout development to ensure assembly compatibility, manufacturing feasibility, structural performance, and readiness for tooling.

The engineering behind it.

The objective was to create a premium SUV front grille that combines bold styling with production-focused engineering. The geometric mesh pattern was developed to deliver a distinctive front-end identity while remaining fully compatible with injection mould manufacturing. Every visible surface, mounting feature, and structural element was engineered with manufacturability, durability, and assembly efficiency in mind. The final design achieves premium automotive aesthetics while remaining suitable for commercial production.
