Services/3D Prototype Sprint
Rapid Prototyping

3D Prototype
Sprint.

Hold the part before you tool it. Functional FDM or display-grade resin prints, dispatched in 48–72 hours — so you catch the fit, feel and assembly problems a render will never show you.

is all it takes to stop trusting a render.

A screen hides everything that matters: how parts actually fit, whether a clip seats, how it feels in the hand. A prototype in your hands in two days catches it — long before a tool makes the mistake permanent.

What you get

Two processes, in-house, your choice.

High-Speed FDM Prints
Tough, functional parts for fit, geometry and assembly checks.
12K Resin Prints
Display-grade surface finish for appearance and investor models.
Functional Fit Checks
Assemblies that actually clip, slot and seat together.
Multi-Material Builds
The right material for the job, from rigid to flexible.
Basic DFM Review
A quick manufacturability read included with every sprint.
48–72 hr Dispatch
Printed in-house and shipped fast — no outsourcing delay.
Is this for you?

When you need a prototype sprint.

You want to hold and test the part before committing to tooling
You need to check fit, assembly or ergonomics in the real world
You need a display-grade model for investors or a pitch
You're iterating quickly and need parts in days, not weeks
You want a functional and an appearance model from one source
Proven result
48–72h
from file to dispatch

Both processes, under one roof.

We run high-speed FDM and 12K-resolution resin printing in-house — so a functional prototype and a display model can come from the same sprint, without waiting on an outside print shop.

Real prototyping work — caliper-checked fit, batch builds, parts installed on real fixtures — is how we catch problems before they ever reach a mould.

Questions

Questions, answered.

How much does a prototype sprint cost?
Prototype sprints run from $500 to $1,200, scoped to part size, material and finish.
How fast can you ship?
Parts are dispatched in 48 to 72 hours from a print-ready file.
FDM or resin, which do I need?
FDM for tough, functional fit and assembly checks; 12K resin for display-grade surface finish. We run both in-house and will advise.
Do you check the print before shipping?
Yes. Every sprint includes a basic DFM review and a fit check on the actual part.
What file do you need?
A print-ready STEP or mesh file. If it needs prep, we'll flag it before printing.
