FEA Stress
Analysis.

Know the part survives before you cut steel. We put real-world load, pressure and heat on your design in simulation, and hand back a clear verdict — pass, fail, and exactly where it would have failed.

A mould doesn't forgive a guess.

Tooling for a single plastic part runs into lakhs. If the geometry can't take the load, you find out after the steel is cut — when the only fix is re-cutting the tool. Simulation is the cheapest insurance you will ever buy against that mistake.

What you get

A clear verdict — not a pile of data.

Structural Load Simulation
Real operating loads applied to your geometry to see how it actually behaves under stress.
Hydrostatic / Pressure Loading
Internal pressure and fluid-load cases for tanks, housings and pressure-bearing parts.
Deformation Mapping
Colour displacement maps showing exactly how far, and where, the part moves under load.
Stress & Safety Factor
Peak stress zones identified with a calculated factor of safety against your material limits.
Thermal Expansion Check
Where heat matters, we map thermal growth so parts don't bind, crack or warp in service.
Written PDF Report
A plain-English verdict with the heatmaps, the numbers, and specific fixes if it fails.
Is this for you?

When you need FEA.

Tooling for the part runs into lakhs and a failure would be expensive
The part carries pressure, weight or structural load in use
You want to cut material or weight without risking strength
Product certification or a safety claim is planned
You're not certain the geometry will survive real-world conditions

tooling rework prevented

A 100L water tank, validated before tooling.

A client was about to send a 100-litre commercial water tank straight to a ₹8 lakh mould — with no simulation done. We ran a full hydrostatic pressure analysis on the design first.

Max deformation came back at 0.3 mm, inside assembly tolerance. The tank went to tooling with confidence: zero rework, 100% first-shot pass.

02
We set up the model
Materials, constraints and real-world loads matched to how the part is used.
03
Simulation runs
We solve, review the results, and check them against safe limits.
04
You get the report
A PDF with heatmaps, the verdict, and exact fixes if needed.

Questions

Questions, answered.

How much does FEA cost?
FEA stress analysis runs from $800 to $2,000, scoped to part complexity and the number of load cases.
What do you need from me to start?
Your CAD geometry and the load case: how the part is used, what it carries, and the material. We handle the rest.
How long does the analysis take?
Typically 5 to 8 business days, depending on complexity and the number of scenarios.
What do I receive at the end?
A PDF report with stress and deformation heatmaps, the factor of safety, a clear pass/fail verdict, and specific fixes if anything fails.
Can you analyse an existing design?
Yes. We regularly validate existing parts and recommend changes before they go to tooling.
