The engineering behind it.

The Cascade Series Water Heater was engineered to combine elegant industrial design with practical manufacturing requirements. The defining feature of the enclosure is its layered front surface, where stepped contours create depth, improve visual balance, and provide a distinctive premium appearance. The geometry was carefully developed to produce a clean architectural design while remaining practical for high-volume manufacturing.

The front fascia, control interface, enclosure proportions, and mounting features were refined to deliver a modern user experience with a balanced visual composition. Surface transitions, rounded corners, and layered contours were optimized to achieve a premium finish while maintaining consistent mould quality and dimensional accuracy. The overall design creates a sophisticated product identity suitable for today's consumer appliance market.

The enclosure was engineered using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Wall thickness, draft angles, rib placement, structural reinforcement, and parting-line strategy were optimized for efficient plastic injection moulding while ensuring strength, durability, and repeatable production quality. Final deliverables included manufacturing-ready CAD models, injection mould engineering, STEP files, renderings, and complete engineering documentation for seamless commercial manufacturing.
