The engineering behind it.

The objective was to create a premium storage water heater that stands apart from conventional flat-front appliances while remaining economical to manufacture. The front fascia uses layered horizontal contours that improve visual depth without introducing unnecessary tooling complexity.

The enclosure was developed around injection moulding principles with controlled draft angles, uniform wall thickness, smooth transitions, and practical split lines. The recessed centre strip provides a clean location for branding, temperature indication, or a digital interface while simplifying future product variations.

Special attention was given to assembly, manufacturability, and serviceability. The result is a contemporary water heater concept that combines refined aesthetics with production-ready engineering suitable for consumer appliance manufacturing.
