The engineering behind it.

This project was engineered to deliver a premium air cooler enclosure that combines modern industrial design with manufacturing efficiency. Special attention was given to the exterior form, surface detailing, and pattern design for enhanced visual appeal, creating a product that stands out in the market and supports a higher perceived value. Every design decision balanced aesthetics with practical engineering requirements.

Before finalizing the enclosure, all internal components were carefully integrated and verified to ensure accurate fitment, proper clearances, and efficient assembly. The internal architecture was optimized to accommodate every functional component while maintaining structural integrity, resulting in a reliable, production-ready design with minimal assembly issues.

The enclosure was engineered using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles, including optimized wall thickness, draft angles, rib placement, and parting-line strategy for efficient plastic injection moulding. The final design is lightweight without compromising strength, making it easier and more cost-effective for manufacturers to produce while delivering a sleek, industry-standard appearance suitable for large-scale commercial production.
