RO Water Purifiers

Modern RO Water Purifier

Manufacturing-Ready Consumer Product
This RO water purifier was engineered as a production-ready consumer appliance from the initial design stage. The enclosure architecture was developed with manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and long-term production in mind, ensuring the design can transition smoothly from CAD to tooling and mass manufacturing.
Injection Moulding Optimized
The plastic enclosure was designed following Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles suitable for injection moulding. Features such as smooth transitions, production-friendly geometry, and practical component layout help simplify tooling while supporting consistent manufacturing quality.
Clean Industrial Design
The exterior styling combines a modern appearance with practical usability for everyday household environments. The compact wall-mounted form, integrated dispensing area, and balanced proportions create a product that is both visually appealing and easy to manufacture.
Engineering Focused Product Development
The project was developed using a structured product development workflow covering industrial design, CAD modelling, manufacturability review, and production considerations. This engineering-first approach helps reduce development risks before tooling begins.
Production-Oriented Plastic Part Design
Every visible enclosure component was created with production feasibility in mind. The design balances aesthetics, structural integrity, and efficient assembly while supporting reliable plastic injection moulding for large-scale manufacturing.

The engineering behind it.

This RO water purifier was engineered as a production-oriented consumer appliance with emphasis on clean industrial styling, practical functionality, and efficient manufacturing. The enclosure was designed with smooth flowing surfaces, an integrated front dispensing area, and a compact wall-mounted form suitable for modern household environments.

The development focused on creating injection mould-friendly components with consideration for manufacturability, assembly efficiency, and aesthetic appeal. Particular attention was given to enclosure proportions, plastic part design, and production feasibility to deliver a design that is both visually refined and ready for manufacturing.
