RenderThis air cooler was designed to create a distinctive yet practical product suitable for modern residential and commercial environments. The primary design objective was to develop a clean cabinet architecture that balances visual appeal with manufacturing feasibility.
The front of the cooler is defined by a framed air outlet surrounded by slim vertical accent elements, creating a recognizable face while maintaining a simple overall form. The recessed control panel integrates the operating knobs into the upper surface, keeping the controls accessible while preserving a clean appearance.
The lower section incorporates a visible water level window that allows users to monitor the tank during normal operation. Angular corner transitions, balanced proportions, and integrated caster wheels complete the product with a stable and contemporary appearance.
Throughout the development process, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles were applied to support plastic injection moulding, straightforward assembly, consistent part quality, and reliable large-scale production.
