The engineering behind it.

This air cooler was developed with a strong emphasis on modern product styling while maintaining practical engineering suitable for mass production. The objective was to create a visually distinctive cabinet that would appeal to today's consumers without increasing manufacturing complexity.

The signature curved front fascia gives the cooler a unique identity and softens the overall appearance, helping it blend naturally into residential and commercial environments. The integrated control panel is positioned on the upper front corner, providing convenient access while maintaining a clean and organized layout.

A large circular airflow opening forms the visual centerpiece of the design, allowing efficient air delivery while preserving structural integrity through the protective front grille. Smooth cabinet surfaces and carefully balanced proportions further enhance the premium appearance.

Throughout the development process, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles were incorporated to ensure the cabinet could be produced efficiently using plastic injection moulding, enabling reliable assembly, consistent quality, and economical mass production.
