The engineering behind it.

This air cooler was developed with a focus on creating a distinctive visual identity while maintaining a practical cabinet architecture for large-scale manufacturing. The design emphasizes soft geometry, smooth transitions, and a compact footprint suitable for modern living spaces.

The defining feature is the oversized rounded front bezel that frames the air outlet and establishes a recognizable product face. A raised top control console keeps the operating knobs easily accessible while maintaining a clean upper surface and balanced proportions.

The cabinet incorporates side cooling pad panels within a slim vertical body, allowing the product to maintain a compact footprint without compromising its contemporary styling. Rounded edges and flowing surfaces give the cooler a refined appearance while simplifying the overall design language.

Throughout the development process, Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles guided the cabinet design to support plastic injection moulding, reliable assembly, consistent part quality, and economical mass production.
