Mini Personal Air Cooler Cabinet Design for Tabletop & Small Spaces

Compact Space-Saving Design
The cabinet was specifically designed for tabletops and compact living environments where space efficiency is important. Its balanced proportions provide a practical cooling solution while maintaining an attractive appearance suitable for homes, offices, study rooms, and personal workspaces.
Modern Rounded Cabinet Styling
The front fascia features a circular air outlet integrated into a clean, rounded cabinet with soft surface transitions and minimal visual clutter. The simple yet modern styling creates a timeless appearance that complements a wide range of residential interiors.
Ergonomic Dual Control Layout
Two rotary control knobs are positioned on the upper front panel for convenient everyday operation. Their placement provides easy accessibility while maintaining a clean, organized, and user-friendly front interface.
Injection Moulding Optimized Design
The cabinet was developed using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles with smooth transitions, tooling-friendly geometry, practical draft considerations, and production-oriented component separation to support efficient plastic injection mould manufacturing.
Portable Consumer Product Architecture
Integrated caster wheels, a compact cabinet layout, side cooling pad placement, and a clearly visible front water level indicator create a practical consumer appliance designed for convenient movement and everyday residential use.

The engineering behind it.

This mini personal air cooler cabinet was developed to deliver practical cooling for compact environments such as bedrooms, offices, study tables, kitchens, and other small indoor spaces. The objective was to create a space-efficient appliance that combines modern aesthetics with production-ready engineering.

The design focuses on simplicity through a rounded cabinet profile, circular front air outlet, integrated dual rotary controls, and a clean front fascia that minimizes unnecessary styling while maintaining a premium consumer appearance. The compact proportions allow the cooler to fit comfortably into locations where larger domestic coolers are not practical.

From an engineering perspective, the cabinet was developed for plastic injection mould manufacturing using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. The geometry incorporates smooth surfaces, practical draft considerations, production-friendly part separation, and assembly-conscious architecture to support efficient tooling and reliable large-scale manufacturing.

The final result is a compact personal air cooler cabinet that combines attractive styling, practical usability, manufacturable plastic engineering, and consumer-focused design for modern residential applications.
