RenderThis domestic air cooler cabinet was developed to combine modern consumer styling with practical manufacturing engineering. The objective was to create a product that immediately attracts attention while remaining economical to manufacture using plastic injection moulding.
The front fascia features flowing three-dimensional surfaces, an integrated circular grille, honeycomb corner details, and a clean control panel layout that together establish a distinctive product identity. Rather than relying on excessive decorative elements, the design achieves its premium appearance through carefully balanced proportions and surface transitions.
From an engineering perspective, every major plastic component was developed using Design for Manufacturing principles. Draft angles, wall thickness distribution, tooling accessibility, rib placement, and assembly considerations were incorporated throughout the development process to support reliable mould construction and efficient mass production.
The result is a modern domestic air cooler cabinet that combines premium styling, production-ready engineering, and commercial manufacturability in a single product.
