Slim Mini Personal Air Cooler Cabinet Design for Offices & Compact Spaces

Ultra-Slim Space-Efficient Design
The cabinet features a tall, narrow profile that occupies minimal floor space, making it ideal for offices, study tables, bedrooms, reception areas, and other compact indoor environments where conventional air coolers may be impractical.
Modern Vertical Front Styling
The front fascia incorporates vertically arranged louvers within a clean sculpted frame, creating a distinctive modern appearance. The minimalist design language delivers a premium consumer look while maintaining simple, production-friendly geometry.
Integrated User Control Interface
Two rotary control knobs are positioned on the front panel for convenient everyday operation. Their vertical arrangement provides quick accessibility while preserving the cabinet's clean and uncluttered appearance.
Injection Moulding Ready Engineering
The cabinet was designed using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles with smooth surfaces, tooling-friendly geometry, practical draft considerations, and production-oriented part separation to support efficient plastic injection mould manufacturing.
Minimalist Consumer Product Architecture
The combination of a slim cabinet profile, integrated side air intake, clean front outlet, and balanced proportions creates a refined consumer appliance designed for modern homes and professional office environments.

The engineering behind it.

This slim mini personal air cooler cabinet was developed for users who require an effective cooling appliance without sacrificing valuable floor space. The objective was to create a compact consumer product that fits naturally into offices, study rooms, bedrooms, reception areas, and other confined indoor environments while maintaining a modern visual identity.

The design emphasizes simplicity through its vertical cabinet proportions, clean front air outlet, integrated rotary controls, and smooth side surfaces. Every styling element contributes to a contemporary appearance while avoiding unnecessary complexity, allowing the product to blend comfortably into both residential and professional interiors.

From an engineering perspective, the cabinet was developed for plastic injection mould manufacturing using Design for Manufacturing (DFM) principles. Smooth transitions, production-friendly geometry, practical component separation, and assembly-conscious architecture were incorporated throughout the design process to support reliable tooling and efficient large-scale manufacturing.

The result is a compact personal air cooler cabinet that combines space-efficient design, clean modern styling, practical usability, and production-ready engineering for today's compact living and working environments.
